Rental Deposit
Rental deposits are fully refundable when backdrops are returned on the agreement upon date in the same condition it was received. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to inspect the backdrop before issuing the refund.
Timeline
- Start date indicates arrival date if shipping or pick up date for local pick ups.
- End date indicates ship back date for shipping rentals or drop off date for local drop offs. If your end date falls on a Sunday, when the warehouse is not open, please return the following Monday.
Late returns will incur a charge of $35 per day deducted from the rental deposit.
Dry Cleaning
Significant stains will require a specialty dry cleaning, which will be deducted from your rental deposit. Dry cleaning fees will range from $80-200 depending on the size.
Shipping
Shipping costs cover round trip shipping. Return labels are included in the package. Please take note of how your backdrop was packaged upon arrival and repack accordingly.
Local Pickup
Local pickup and drop off is available at our Atlanta, GA warehouse located at 600 Bronner Bros Way SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. Please ring the bell upon arrival and someone will greet you shortly. Show them the order number, and they will promptly retrieve your backdrop. When returning the backdrop, you must hand the rental item(s) to someone in the front office and show them your order number again. Do not leave the rentals at the front door. Pickup and drop off hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
