All orders ship within 3-4 business days.

We typically only have two sales per year: our anniversary sale in May and a holiday sale around Black Friday.

Additionally, we have a sample sale of our imperfect products every quarter (January, April, July, and October). The sample sale is exclusive to email subscribers. You can add your email to the list below.

Styling surfaces, backdrops, and ribbon are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please order a fabric swatch if you are unsure of your color choices. And please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any problems with your order. 

All other items may be returned or exchanged, less shipping, within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email hello@locustcollection.com with your name & order number.

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. Shipping is free for orders $150 or more. For orders under $150, cost varies by weight and destination.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia, and typically arrive in 2-6 business days. 

We collect sales tax for purchases made in Georgia where our warehouse is based.

Yes! The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on the weight and your shipping address.

The value added tax rate on imports is calculated based on the value of the goods plus any customs duty. The rates vary for destination country, so we cannot calculate or list these additional charges at checkout. Customers ordering outside the U.S. are responsible for any taxes or customs duties due upon delivery.

International orders take on average 2-7 weeks to arrive at their destination.

The best way to care for your styling mat is to apply a fabric stain protecting spray, clean and blot all items before placing on the surface, and generally handle it with care. Full care details for each product can be found on ou care page.

To pick up locally in Atlanta, choose "local pickup" at checkout. Our warehouse is located at 600 Bronner Bros Way SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. Simply show your order number to the community manager upon arrival and we will retrieve your order within a few minutes.
