All orders ship within 1 business day.

SHIPPING

United States

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. Shipping is free for orders $150 or more. For orders under $150, cost varies by weight and destination.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia, and typically arrive in 2-5 business days. 

We collect sales tax for purchases made in North Carolina where our studio is based.

International

The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on the weight and your shipping address.

The value added tax rate on imports is calculated based on the value of the goods plus any customs duty. The rates vary for destination country, so we cannot calculate or list these additional charges at checkout. Customers ordering outside the U.S. are responsible for any taxes or customs duties due upon delivery.

International orders take on average 2-7 weeks to arrive at their destination.

RETURNS & POLICIES

Styling surfaces and backdrops are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please order a fabric swatch if you are unsure of your color choices. And please contact us within 5 days of receiving your surface if you have any problems with your order. 

All other items may be returned or exchanged, less shipping, within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email hello@locustcollection.com with your name & order number.

DO YOU HAVE ANY SALES?

We typically only have two sales per year: our anniversary sale in May and a holiday sale on Black Friday. Additionally, we have a sample sale of our imperfect products every quarter (January, April, July, and October). The sample sale is exclusive to email subscribers. WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK A PARTICULAR PRODUCT?

If a product is out of stock, we often list the estimated restock date on the product page. You also have the option to enter your email address to be notified directly when the product is back in stock. 

HOW DO I CLEAN MY SURFACE

The best way to care for your surface is to scotch guard it and handle it gently. Full care details for each product can be found on our care page.
